Feed Water Economizers
General Information
Economizers are a type of water tube heat exchangers used in heat, steam or power production facilities to recover some of the heat contained in the smoke gases released from the boilers and given to the stack. Economizer gas outlet temperature can be reduced to 180˚C in heavy fuel oil fired boilers, 160˚C in diesel fired boilers, and 110˚C in natural gas and LPG fired boilers due to dew point . In natural gas fired boilers, it can be reduced to 50˚C in condensing systems.
Economizers manufactured as a water tube heat exchangers that increase energy efficiency by 3% – 8% by using the heat of the smoke gas behind the boilers.
Depending on the working period, amortization periods are between 5-20 months.
We produce our economizers with ‘High Frequency Welded Finned Pipe’, which we are the first and only manufacturer in Turkey.
Production Standard:
Feed Water Economizers are produced according to EN 12952 standard. At the same time, we can also produce them with ASME stamp.
