Steam Accumulation Tanks
Where steam is discharged after the process, the equipment that stores the steam to keep it in the system is called steam accumulation tank.Maximum system efficiency is achieved by Steam Accumulators operated side by side at two different pressures.
For the system to work properly, it is necessary to have good automation. It is not possible to use these systems manually.
Steam Accumulators are pressurized vessels manufactured to store excess or waste steam from process and reuse it when necessary. They are generally used to recycle the waste steam from the process, especially in Aerated Concrete Production Plants.
Using the steam battery;
- Energy savings of up to 25% are achieved.
- Solid particles are removed from the steam.
- Instant response to variable steam loads is provided.
Steam charging and discharging can be done quickly at the same time.
PRODUCTION STANDARD
The production of Steam Accumulator is in accordance with EN 13445 standard, controlled according to the 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive Category IV and module B + F or G and produced with CE Certificate. If requested, we can also produce in accordance with ASME Section I and with the “S” stamp.
