Steam Drums

The equipment where steam is separated in water tube boilers is called steam drum. 

As Eralp Kazan, we produce this equipment, which are a part of water tube boilers. We also carry out the heat treatment required by the EN 12952-5 standard for welds over 35 mm wall thickness , in our own furnace up to 1000 °C.

Production Standard

Steam drums are designed and produced according to EN 12952 and ASME Standard.

Production capacity

We do all kinds of workmanship of drums with a maximum wall thickness of up to 60 mm. For drums with a wall thickness of over 60 mm, we only do the bending and hole drilling processes at our suppliers and carry out all other processes in our own factory.
