Glass Lamination Autoclaves

GENERAL INFORMATION

Automotive sector , architectural sector and ballistic applications need a laminated glass in thier applications. Glass lamination is a process in which two or more layers of glass are permanently bonded together with an interlayer material, often a type of polymer, to create a single, composite glass panel. This process is used to enhance the performance, safety, and aesthetic qualities of glass.

In addition to the production of laminated glass autoclaves, Eralp is also a turnkey system supplier for the production of hot oil, indirect steam and electric autoclaves.

PRODUCTION

Autoclaves of glass lamination processes, including sentryglas, heating and cooling capacity can be 2.5 0C/min .This rate is too hard condition to operate .So heating and cooling rate and calculation is more important issue in this type autoclaves.

We use High Frequency welded Fins in our heat exchanger to keep the temperature inside the autoclave constant and save space.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
According to our customer demands, as ERALP Boiler, we produce autoclaves with Ø 5.000mm diameter , 20 bar operating pressure and up to 61,000 mm lenght. .

PRODUCTION STANDARD

Autoclaves are manufactured in accordance with EN 13445 or AD Merkblatt 2000 standards. Controlled according to the 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive and module G under CE certification . If requested, we can also produce in accordance with ASME Section I and with the “S” stamp, thanks to our existing certificates.
