Rotary Grate Boilers
GENERAL
In general, it is the preferred boiler type for smaller capacities in solid fuel boilers. Wood, forest residues, tree barks, vegetable and agricultural wastes, etc. They are systems designed to burn biomass fuels and solid fuels such as coal.
In the tank pallet-shaped grid system, we operate the grid period speed according to the boiler load change with the automation system.
In this type of boiler, the grates may break quickly depending on the rotation movement and the fuel entering between the grates. In order to prevent breakages and increase the availability of the system, as Eralp, we manufacture our grates from high temperature resistant high Cr-Ni added alloy (A10 / 1.4476) steel casting.
As Eralp Kazan, we can produce moving grate boilers as steam boilers and hot oil boilers according to the customer’s process needs.

PRODUCTION STANDARD
Rotary Grade Boiler production is carried out in accordance with EN 12952 standards and 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive Module B+F or G and is produced with CE Certificate. If desired, thanks to our existing certificates, production can be made in accordance with ASME Part I and with “S” stamp
