GENERAL INFORMATION
Thermal Oil Heaters allow reaching high temperatures at atmospheric pressure that heat carrier fluids such as water and steam cannot reach. Therefore, Thermal Oil Heaters are used to meet the heat energy needs effectively and safely at temperatures above 200 – 320°C. As Eralp Boiler, we produce CE certified Thermal Oil Heaters working with liquid fuel, biomass, Instant response to peak steam draws is provided.gas and solid fuel and install turnkey boiler rooms.
In order to increase system efficiency, we apply a hot air economizer European origin seamless steel pipe , in accordance with EN 10216-2 standard,
We ensure the safe operation of the system with using flow switch for each coil and using PLC based automation system.
PRODUCTION STANDARD
The production of Therma Oil Heaters is in accordance with EN 12952 and DIN 4754 standards, controlled according to the 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive Category IV and module B + F or G and produced with CE Certificate. If requested, we can also produce in accordance with ASME Section I and with the “S” stamp.
