Membrane Walls

GENERAL INFORMATION

Membrane walls are the main body of the tubular boiler where water evaporates.

Eralp is Turkey’s largest membrane wall manufacturer with 4 machines.

In addition to using the membrane walls produced by Eralp in its own boilers, it also produces walls for power plants that perform renovation and maintenance and other boiler manufacturers.

PRODUCTION

Membrane walls are produced with a fully automatic submerged arc welding machine according to WPS and PQR welding zones approved by Third Party Organizations. A higher quality welding form is obtained by bevelling on the fin material before wall manufacturing. It can produce and bend walls in different sizes according to customer demands and drawings.
