Process Gas Coolers (NH3 Reactors) & Economizers

NH3 reactors refer to the facility or equipment where ammonia (NH3) reactions occur.. Such reactors are commonly used in chemical production, fertilizer manufacturing, cooling systems, and industrial applications.

Ammonia reactors are typically facilities operating under high temperature and pressure. Ammonia production often occurs in industrial processes such as the Haber-Bosch process (an industrial process that combines nitrogen gas (N2) and hydrogen gas (H2) to form ammonia (NH3)). In this process, nitrogen and hydrogen gases undergo a reaction with the aid of catalysts to produce ammonia.

These reactors are made of special materials and equipped with safety measures because high pressure and potentially hazardous chemical reactions are involved. Ammonia reactors have a wide range of applications in industrial facilities and are used in the energy, food, and chemical industries.

With our experience in pressure vessel manufacturing and similar product references, as Eralp Boiler, we are capable of producing NH3 reactors and economizers
