Hot Water Economizers
Hot water economizers are efficiency-enhancing equipment, usually placed behind the boiler or behind the Feed Water economizer, to obtain the hot water needed by the process. It is also possible to increase the temperature of your existing hot water by using these economizers. Thus, heat is retained in the system and system efficiency increases. These economizers are suitable for continuous operation, and this is the most important factor to consider during design.
Especially in process where there are many stops and starts; they need to be designed with additional precautions.
Due to the reduction of flue gas up to the condensing temperature 54 °C , these economizers are usually made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
Depending on the working period, amortization periods are between 5 and 20 months.
We produce our economizers with ‘High Frequency Welded Finned Pipe’, which we are the first and only manufacturer in Turkey.
Production Standard:
Hot Water Economizers are produced according to EN 12952 standard. At the same time, we can also produce them with ASME stamp.
