GENERAL INFORMATION

We design and manufacture Heat recovery Steam generator under licencee of German ERK Eck Rohrkessel Gmbh, which has over 6000 boiler references

As Eralp, we provide the basic design, thermal calculations and water circulation calculations of our boilers comes from ERK Eck Rohrkessel Gmbh and our engineers carry out the second checks in the KED program. After all control we finalize our basic design.

As Eralp, we offer the most efficient and best solution to our customers by carry out the basic design, thermal calculations, water circulation calculations, detailed engineering and strength calculations of our boilers with Eralp Engineering.



We start production of HRSG, after detail engineering,  combustion and efficiency analyzes with the ANSYS program are finished . .We guarantee our system  efficiency with this analyzes.  .  It is possible to increase system efficiency and boiler capacity with supplamantary firing 


We use Natural gas ,Biogas and Hydrogen + Natural Gas mixture as a fuel in our HRSG Our advandances 
* We can design and manufacture modüler HRSG which generate High pressure and Low pressure steam in the same body
* Single boiler application behind more than one Turbine or Gas Engine
* Single boiler application with a common drum behind two Turbines or Gas Engines
* Steam generation during maintenance of türbine is possible with using fresh air in the burner
* We can produce systems with SCR units that can reduce Nox Emission values ​​​​in the chimney up to 35 mg / Nm3.

We minimize energy loss with the high thermal insulation refractory and insulation materials we use in our Heat Recovery Steam Generator ( HRSG).  

In order to transfer the heat in the waste gas at an optimum rate we optimize the heating surface of HRSG by using “High Frequency Welded Fintube” produced by Eralp Fntube, Turkey’s first and only manufacturer. 

By making pre assambly of Boiler body, Eco , ducts , electrical cabinet , pums groups etc in our factory, we reduce installation time and cost on site.

* Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) Boiler systems.

Steam Production Capacity:  3 tons/h -150 tons/h ( with Suppamantary firing )
Pressure: up to 120 Bar
Temperature: Max 450 C

PRODUCTION STANDARD
HRSG production  is carried out in accordance with EN 12952 standards and 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive Module G and is produced with CE Certificate. If desired, thanks to our existing certificates, production can be made in accordance with ASME Part I and with “S” stamp
