High Frequency Welded Finned Tube
GENERAL INFORMATION
Finned tubes are the most important parts of heat exchanger systems. The efficiency of a heat exchanger mainly depends on the heat transfer capacity of the finned tubes.
As Eralp Kazan, our company, which has been Turkey’s ‘first and only High Frequency Welded Finned’ Pipe manufacturer since 2008, has been serving the leading Energy companies of our country and the world with its 2 production lines.
Fin thickness can be change between 0.8 mm – 3 mm. Thicknesses thinner than 0.8 mm are not recommended due to difficulties during production. The pitch is determined depending on the pipe diameter and the thermodynamic calculations of the process and can be change between 3.5 mm and 20 mm.

PRODUCTION STANDARD
Our finned pipes are produced from EN 10204 3.1 certified, seamless or welded bare pipes.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
We can produce high-frequency welded finned pipes up to 24 m lenght, 5” Diameter and Solid or serrated type, according to customer requests.
We offer a fast solution to our customers with our 80,000 m/month production capacity.
