We, as Eralp Boiler, manufacture elbows used in equipment such as evaporators and economizers where water undergoes multiple cycles, providing both hot and cold bending. 

In cold bending elbows, we can produce up to 1.3 D depending on the pipe diameter and wall thickness. In hot bending, we can produce elbows with the narrowest radius, ensuring no gap between the two pipes.

The manufacturing of these narrow-radius elbows is particularly crucial in NH3 reactors used in fertilizer and chemical plants, and we, as Eralp, have the capability to produce such elbows. 

After manufacturing, we perform tests such as ball tests according to standards or customer request.
